Dear Sir/Madam, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in relation to the information that will come into possession, for the purposes of protecting people and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, we inform you as follows:

1. Purpose of the Processing

The data you provide will be used for the purpose and aim of:

  • registering on our website www.phonopress.it, with consequent facilitation in the autonomous calculation of personalized estimates, recovery of the same even after some time, recovery of other documentation concerning you from our server, faster communication with the company;
  • the execution of one or more contracts for the sale of goods and/or services;
  • the communication of any promotional initiatives on our part on products - exclusively ours - which we believe may be of interest to you.

2. Methods of Treatment

The methods with which personal data will be processed include:

  • the exchange of data via the Internet;
  • sending e-mails via the Internet;
  • for the exclusive purposes of the execution of sales contracts currently being finalized, the sending of telephone calls or messages via SMS or other messaging services, if you have provided us with your telephone number.

3. Provision of data

The data we ask you to provide for the purposes referred to in point 1 are:

  • Required: Name, Surname, Address;
  • Required: e-mail address;
  • Optional: phone number;
  • Required: VAT nr. (for business customers).

Any refusal to authorize the required data will make it impossible to execute the sales contract, for obvious fiscal and communication reasons.

4. Communication and diffusion of data

The data provided will not be subject to any communication or diffusion.

6. Rights of the interested party

  • object to processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
  • oppose an automated decision-making process relating to natural persons, including profiling;
  • ask the data controller to access personal data and to amend or delete them or limit the processing that concerns them or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;
  • revoke consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
